You may return items for exchange however, they must be clean & totally free from hair & dirt and returned in the original packaging.
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We are more than happy to exchange items if you have purchased the wrong size.
* Sale & Clearance Items: May be returned for a store credit
How to return an item
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your exchange/refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

All parcels have a tracking number that will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been posted

If you are an international customer, please contact us prior to ordering to ensure we are able to ship to your international address.
If an item is on the web site then it's 'IN STOCK' it will be despatched as soon as your payment has been cleared. Should the item you purchase for whatever reason become unavailable you will of course be immediately offered a full refund or an alternative product.
